- Email address
- First and last name
- IP address, browser type and browser version

- A website account, if you purchase hosting
- Single-use, expiring sign-in links, stored in a form we cannot reverse

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
Usage Data
We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
Location Data
We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so ("Location Data"). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.
You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time, through your device settings.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.
You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
Examples of cookies used on this site:
- **Session cookies**, used to operate the Service.
- **Preference cookies**, used to remember your settings.
- **Security cookies**, used for security purposes.
- **Payment fraud-prevention cookies.** Our payment processor, Stripe, loads its own code on our checkout, cancellation and account pages and sets cookies named `__stripe_mid` and `__stripe_sid` for fraud detection. These are set **when the page loads, whether or not you start or complete a payment** — so if you visit our checkout page and leave without buying anything, Stripe has still collected information about that visit.
Payments
When you purchase from us, we collect your name, email address, IP address, browser information, and the date and time of your purchase, together with a record of the terms you agreed to.
**Card details never reach our servers.** Your card information is sent directly from your browser to our payment processor, Stripe, and is processed under Stripe's own privacy policy. We never see, store, or transmit your card number.
Stripe also receives your name, email address, IP address, billing address, and information about your device and browser, which it uses to process the payment and to detect fraud.
We keep a record of every purchase and of the terms you agreed to at the time. See "Retention of Data" below for how long.

Sparkadvisory.llc uses the collected data for various purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service.
- To notify you about changes to our Service.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so.
- To provide customer support.
- To gather analysis or valuable information so that we can improve our Service.
- To monitor the usage of our Service.
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues.
- To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or inquired about, unless you have opted not to receive such information.
We never sell your personal information. We share information with the following service providers, who receive only what they need to perform their function and may not use it for anything else:
- **Stripe** — payment processing and fraud prevention. Receives your name, email address, IP address, billing address, card details, and information about your device and browser.
- **Resend** — transactional email. Receives your email address and the contents of messages we send you, such as receipts, billing notices, and account access links.
- **Google Analytics** — website analytics, as described below.
Other providers may be exposed to some of your information in the course of services such as accounting, technical support and marketing.
Retention of Data
**Purchase and consent records are kept indefinitely.** When you buy from us, we permanently retain the record of that purchase and of the terms you agreed to — your name, email address, IP address, browser information, the date and time, the agreement you accepted, and the amount. We keep these as the record of the transaction between us, and we rely on them to resolve billing disputes, chargebacks and any question about what was agreed. We do not delete them on request. See "Your Rights Over Your Information" below.
Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Short-lived technical data — such as the counters we use to rate-limit our forms, temporary checkout state, and expiring sign-in links — is discarded automatically, usually within minutes or hours.
Transfer Of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the link at the end of this policy. We may ask you to verify your identity first.
**What we keep, and we want to be plain about it.** We retain purchase and consent records permanently. These are the record of a completed transaction and of the terms you agreed to at the time, and we rely on them to resolve billing disputes and chargebacks. We do not delete them on request, and we will tell you if that is why we have refused a request.
**We never sell your personal information.**
